Grab & Go Content
We recognize the powerful impact WCU faculty and staff have on our student's career development and know career conversations happen in many areas of the campus community. This curated grab-and-go content is meant to help you quickly and easily integrate career elements into your classroom or other student engagement areas. You will find assignments, grading rubrics, worksheet activities, and other aides to facilitate teaching and integration.

D2L Course
A new Career Development course will be available on D2L starting Fall 2025, offering a comprehensive introduction to career readiness. Topics include:
- Introduction to Career Readiness
- Resumes/Cover Letters: Storytelling & Content Basics
- Executing a Job and Internship Search
- Interview Preparation
- Career Connections: Networking
Faculty can easily embed the course or specific modules within their classroom experience. This seamless integration supports academic success while preparing students for the workforce, making career development a natural part of every student’s learning journey. Whether as required assignments, extra credit, or supplementary material, Career Development D2L modules offer a flexible and effective way to enhance classroom outcomes.

- BigResume on Big Interview.
- Schedule an appointment, through Handshake, to meet with a staff or student staff member.
- Come by Drop-In Hours – no appointment needed. Hours vary by semester, click here for the current schedule.
- Email document to cdc@wcupa.edu and feedback will be returned within 2-3 business days
