Event Videography
On location videography, with a camera operator and equipment, is available for events on campus. Review the guidelines below and fill out our online request form. Due to staffing, the DMC is not setup to support student events, off campus events and sporting athletic events.
Recording Format
We record all our videos in HD digital format. Once we finish recording your event, we can provide an unlisted YouTube link and/or a high resolution digital video file (.mp4), to be played back on a computer or uploaded onto the web. Just let us know which format you would prefer.
Scheduling
Please complete the online form at least two weeks in advance of the event. Events not submitted two weeks prior may not be able to be covered by the DMC. Events outside regular business hours (8am to 4:30pm Monday-Friday) are subject to available staffing and may not be able to be covered. The Digital Media Center will contact you within five days to discuss the details of your request. Requests will be considered and will be accepted based on staff and intern availability. If you do not hear from our office please call 610-436-2737.
· Location needs to be on campus
· Release form must be filled out (download link ) and sent to dmc@wcupa.edu or dropped off at the DMC
· Event cannot run any longer than 4 hours
· Must ensure power is at location of event
· Request must come from a University Faculty or Staff Member
