Tracey Ray Robinson, Ph.D.

Dr. Tracey Robinson serves as the Vice President for the Division for Access, Compliance, and Engagement.  She has 25+ years of experience working in higher education in both academic and student affairs. A social psychologist by training, she’s held faculty appointments in Counselor Education and Africana studies and served as an Assistant Vice Provost prior to coming to West Chester. She received her bachelor’s, masters and doctoral degrees from North Carolina State University.

Meg Hazel

Dr. Meg Hazel, Esq.

Assistant Director, Equal Opportunity and Title IX Investigator

Meg Hazel joined WCU in 2019 and serves as an assistant director and investigator. Prior to coming to WCU, Meg worked at the South Carolina Department of Education as Deputy General Counsel and Lead Complaint Investigator. She also taught courses at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Meg earned her B.A., M.A., and J.D. from the University of South Carolina, her Doctorate of Education in Planning, Policy, and Management from West Chester University, and her fourth degree blackbelt from Zen Shotokai Karate Dojo School of Karate.

Porsche Johnson is an Assistant Director & Coordinator of Equal Opportunity Programs and Strategic Initiatives. She joined WCU in 2023 and has over ten years of experience in higher education, specifically in academic support and program development for underrepresented minority (URM) students. Porsche has a BA in Sociology from Rowan University and an MS in Higher Education from Drexel University.

Taz Browne is responsible for providing administrative, programmatic and budget management support to the Vice President for the Division for Access, Compliance and Engagement as well as the Office of Equal Opportunity and Compliance.  Taz's commitment to supporting the mission of West Chester University has spanned 35+ years. While her career at West Chester began in Human Resources, most of her time at the university has been spent supporting work that fosters a more diverse, inclusive and welcoming campus for students, faculty, staff, and visitors.
