Master of Science (M.S.) in Exercise and Sport Science
If you're considering a career in sport performance, cardiac rehabilitation, or sport and exercise psychology, the Master of Science (M.S.) in Exercise and Sport Science is the program for you! WCU's M.S. program is designed to build personal knowledge, skills and abilities for working in clinical programs and to enrich academic preparation for graduate work beyond the master's degree. The program offers three concentrations, allowing you to specialize in your particular area of interest. Program concentrations include: Applied Sports Performance, Clinical Exercise Physiology, and Sport and Exercise Psychology.

Master of Business Administration (MBA)
The MBA Online Program follows a Comprehensive Curriculum model in which students are exposed to a wide-range of business issues. The Comprehensive Curriculum is intended to prepare students with the knowledge and skill sets to manage and lead across nearly any industry and business situation. West Chester University's Master of Business Administration Program offers three graduate level certificates in Entrepreneurship, Business Analytics, and Project Management that may be taken as part of the MBA program, or independently. Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Early Childhood Education
The M.Ed. in Early Childhood Education Online Program, an advanced degree program, is designed to prepare individuals for leadership positions in the field as master teachers, administrators, and advocates for young children and their families. Developed according to the 2009 NAEYC Advanced Program Standards, the coursework and clinical experiences in the graduate program provide individuals with the breadth and depth of knowledge they need in order to become effective early childhood leaders. The program has two tracks: Accomplished Teachers and Program Administrators.

Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Special Education
The M.Ed. in Special Education Online Program is open to anyone with a Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4 year degree granting institution with a final GPA of 3.0 or higher. In keeping with the purpose of teacher education at West Chester University, the prime mission of the master of education program in special education is to prepare advanced-level teachers who can synthesize and apply self-awareness and general knowledge of (a) foundations of the study of disability, (b) the learner with disabilities, (c) appropriate content for the learner with disabilities, and (d) effective classroom pedagogy.

Master of Public Administration (MPA) Online Program
The MPA Online Program, an advanced practice degree, is designed to equip students with the skills necessary to enhance the field of public service through positions both inside and outside of government in the nonprofit and even private sector, e.g., as consultants to governmental organizations or as governmental service providers. This program plan is designed for individuals with professional work experience who desire to enhance their administrative and public management skills as well as pre-service students who do not have professional experience. Students can pursue this option concurrently with a graduate certificate such as Urban and Regional Planning. This program is offered either online or blended (a mixture of online and face-to-face courses).

Master of Science (MS) in Community Nutrition
The MS in Community Nutrition is a research-focused program for those seeking an advanced degree in community nutrition. The MS promotes nutritional health and disease prevention in communities with an emphasis on vulnerable populations. The curriculum (33 credits) is offered in an online format and includes courses representing nutrition science, applied nutrition, and research techniques. The program culminates with a capstone paper.

Master of Science (MS) in Human Resource Management
West Chester University’s 30-credit online Master of Science in Human Resource Management is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) and aligned with the curriculum standards developed by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). The Degree prepares individuals to advance within the human resource profession at the highest levels. It trains students in all facets of human resource management across industries and organizational types. The curriculum focuses on the development of core competencies in the areas of: compensation and benefits; employee and labor relations; ethics; global human resources; human resource metrics; leadership and change management; and workforce planning. The program is offered entirely online in a seven-week format to meet the needs of working professionals.
