Christina Brenner, Assistant Dean of Students
In her role as the Assistant Dean of Students, Ms. Brenner is responsible for implementing,
coordinating and monitoring West Chester University's Code of Conduct. This involves
the training and evaluating of Hearing Officers, selection of members to serve on
the University Hearing Board, overseeing the appeals process, and coordinating the
administrative components of the conduct program.

Elizabeth Calderaro, Administrative Assistant
Liz is the Administrative Assistant in the Office of Student Conduct. Liz has been
with the university for over 15 years working in the academic and administrative sides
of the university. Her responsibilities range from assisting the Dean with scheduling
meetings, managing the budget, and general office duties. Liz also serves as the
first line of contact for the students, updating student records, handling student’s
calls and in-person student requests.

Rhonda D’Annunzio, Administrative Assistant
Rhonda holds a B.A. in Communications from West Chester University and spent over
20 years as a Communications Specialist and Managing Editor in the private sector
before returning to her alma mater to become a part of the Office of Student Conduct.
Rhonda serves as the first line of contact for students, parents and staff/faculty
in responding to questions and concerns. She is active in updating student records,
problem solving and handling student calls and in-person student requests.
Khadijah Greene

Khadijah Greene, Assistant Director of Student Conduct
Khadijah Greene has served as an Assistant Director of Student Conduct since 2024,
bringing valuable experience from her previous roles in Residential Life and Housing.
Khadijah holds a B.S. in Marketing (with a minor in Graphic Design) from Rider University
and a M.Ed in Curriculum and Instruction from Salisbury University. In her current
role, Khadijah adjudicates individual and group conduct cases, facilitating conversations
with students regarding violations of University policy as a hearing officer. She
also serves as a member of the University Hearing Board. Khadijah is passionate about
fostering a supportive environment where students can learn from their experiences.
In her free time, she enjoys reading, spending time with her dog, Garnet, and exploring
new culinary creations.

Elaine Markowitz, Assistant Director of Student Conduct
Elaine has served as an Assistant Director in the Office of Student Conduct since
2024. Responsibilities include adjudicating individual and group conduct cases. Elaine
facilitates conversations with students regarding violations of the Code of Conduct,
serves as a Hearing Officer, provides training to campus and system constituents,
and acts as a resource to students, staff, and faculty on the interpretation and implementation
of University policies as defined by the Student Code of Conduct. She recently retired
after 25 years as a high school counselor, and she has over 15 years of experience
as a part-time counselor with Delaware County Community College. She is a Licensed
Professional Counselor and works with clients in private practice. Prior to that,
she was an investigator for the Division of Family Services in Delaware. Elaine holds
a B.A. in Criminal Justice/minor in Psychology and an M. Ed in School Counseling from
the University of Delaware and a Post Master’s Certificate in Professional Counselor
Licensure Preparation from West Chester University.
Dr. Jared Rodrigues

Dr. Jared Rodrigues, Associate Director of Student Conduct
Dr. Jared Rodrigues is a student affairs practitioner, teacher and research nerd,
who describes our best work as transformational. He most recently was an interim
Director at MiraCosta Community College and is a practitioner/trainer for the Center
for Restorative Justice. Jared also served as the Associate Dean of Community Standards
and Wellbeing at University of Redlands for eight years where he chaired the CARE
Team. He holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education from Penn State University (where he studied
college student health behaviors), and an M.Ed. in Counseling Psychology from Temple
University. Jared is an avid meditator who is passionate about wellness, truth, art,
food, spiritual nourishment, and laughter.
Shelley Siedzikowski

Shelley Siedzikowski, Assistant Director of Student Conduct
Shelley has served as an Assistant Director in the Office of Student Conduct since
2012. Prior to that she worked in New Student Programs and Residence Life and Housing
Services here at WCU. Responsibilities include adjudicating individual and group conduct
cases and supervising the office’s graduate student staff. As a hearing officer, Shelley
facilitates conversations with students regarding violations of University policy;
and serves as a University Hearing Board member. She also works with the Assistant
Dean of Students for Student Conduct on projects and policy revisions as needed. Shelley holds
a B.A. in Journalism from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) and an M.S. in
College Student Development and Counseling from Northeastern University.
Richard Stumpf

Richard Stumpf, Assistant Director of Case Management
Richard has served as an Assistant Director of Case Management in the Office of Student
Conduct since 2023. Prior to arriving at WCU, he served as the Assistant Director
of Engineering Entrepreneurship at Villanova University and has over 19 years’ experience
working in higher education at multiple universities. As a case manager, Richard serves
as the primary authority for issuing violations of the Student Code of Conduct. He
also facilitates University Board and Administrative Hearings. Richard holds a B.A.
in Political Science from Villanova University and a Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall
University School of Law.
