Dr. Cheryl Neale-McFall is the Associate Provost of Research and Creative Activities in the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs. Dr. Neale-McFall has been with West Chester University since 2012, starting in the Department of Counselor Education. While serving in multiple leadership roles for her department, she moved through the ranks as a full Professor and transitioned over to upper administration in 2019, where she served as Interim Dean of the College of Education and Social Work. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and serves as PI, Co-PI and Program Evaluator for various grants, bringing in over $5M in funding. Her research interests focus on supporting the needs of student-parents in higher education, engaging students in experiential research opportunities, and job satisfaction in academia.
