Julie assists businesses and individuals in the avoidance and resolution of disputes through negotiation, mediation and/or litigation. She has more than 15 years of practice experience handling construction claims, environmental compliance issues, and commercial litigation. Julie has represented Fortune 500 companies, state agencies, mid-sized companies, small businesses, and individuals in a variety of litigation and environmental matters including contract disputes, construction defects, stormwater management issues, and other matters. Julie was born and raised in suburban Philadelphia. Prior to joining Venzie Construction Law, she practiced civil litigation at a large Philadelphia firm and then moved to a smaller suburban firm where she handled commercial litigation, and client matters involving environmental law and municipal law.
