Tracey Ray Robinson, Ph.D.
Vice President, Division for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion & Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer
Dr. Tracey Robinson began serving as the Chief Diversity and Inclusion Office at West Chester University of Pennsylvania in 2018. She has 20 years of experience working in higher education in both academic and student affairs. A social psychologist by training, she’s held faculty appointments in Counselor Education and Africana studies and served as Assistant Vice Provost for Institutional Equity, Diversity and Inclusion prior to coming to West Chester. She received her bachelor’s, masters and doctoral degrees from North Carolina State University.
Lynn Klingensmith, Esq.

Lynn Klingensmith serves as the Director for Equity and Compliance, as well as the Title IX and ADA Coordinator. She has over 25 years of Student Affairs experience from both public and private universities, and joined WCU in 2002. Lynn earned a BA in Juvenile Corrections, an M. Ed. in Higher Education and Administration from Kent State University, and a J.D. from Temple University.
Meg Hazel, Ed.D., Esq., M.A.
Assistant Director, Equal Opportunity and Title IX Investigator
Meg Hazel joined WCU in May 2019 and serves as an assistant director and investigator. Prior to coming to WCU, Meg worked at the South Carolina Department of Education as Deputy General Counsel and Lead Complaint Investigator. She also taught courses at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Meg earned her B.A., M.A., and J.D. from the University of South Carolina, her Doctorate of Education in Planning, Policy, and Management from West Chester University, and her fourth degree blackbelt from Zen Shotokai Karate Dojo School of Karate.
Allison Wisniewski, MS

Allison Wisniewski serves as the Assistant Director, Equity and Compliance within the Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Allison has over 30 years of experience working within higher education, specifically in student affairs and compliance. Allison has extensive Title IX experience and has been recognized nationally for her work supporting students. She received her BA in Psychology from Frostburg State University and MA in Management from the University of Maryland University College. Allison holds multiple certifications in Title IX Compliance, Restorative Justice, and Trauma Informed Care.
Porsche Murray, M.S.
Assistant Director/Coordinator of Diversity Initiatives
Porsche Johnson is the Assistant Director & Coordinator of Diversity Initiatives. She joined WCU in 2023 and has over ten years of experience in higher education, specifically in academic support and program development for underrepresented minority (URM) students. Porsche has a BA in Sociology from Rowan University and an MS in Higher Education from Drexel University.
Chancey Page, M.Ed.
Assistant Director/Coordinator of Diversity Initiatives
Chancey Page joined WCU in September 2023 and serves as an assistant director and coordinator for diversity initiatives. Prior to coming to WCU, Chancey spent the last 8 years primarily working in Residence Life with an emphasis on diversity programming and initiatives. Chancey has also taught courses at Holy Family University and Chestnut Hill College. He has a bachelor’s degree from Centenary University in Fashion Design and a Master of Education in Higher Education Leadership from Widener University. He is currently enrolled in a doctorate program at Widener University.
Kelly Loughery, MLS
Compliance and Database Coordinator
Kelly Loughery serves as the Compliance and Database Coordinator and joined WCU in the Summer of 2023. Kelly earned a bachelor's degree in English with a minor in Women's, Gender and Sexuality Studies from Kutztown University, as well as a master's degree in Legal Studies with a focus in Compliance from the American University Washington College of Law. Her previous experience includes paralegal work at a law firm.
Tanya (Taz) Browne
Executive Associate
Taz Browne is responsible for providing administrative, programmatic and budget management support to the Vice President , Division for Diversity Equity Inclusion-Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer and the Office for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Taz's commitment to supporting the mission of West Chester University has spanned over 32 years. While her career at West Chester began in Human Resources, most of her time at the university has been spent supporting work that fosters a more diverse, inclusive and welcoming campus for students, faculty, staff, and visitors.
