This course examines innovative, evidence-based approaches to creating positive classroom environments and addressing behavioral challenges in elementary settings. Emphasis is placed on proactive prevention, targeted intervention, and reflective practices that enhance student engagement and support teacher well-being. Participants will develop practical tools and strategies to foster positive behavior, minimize disruptions, and respond effectively to diverse classroom situations.
