Tuition Waiver & Reimbursement
West Chester University promotes lifelong learning by offering tuition waiver and reimbursement for eligible employees and their eligible dependents. Our degree and certificate programs provide opportunities for employees and their dependents to enhance their knowledge and skills for advancement. The tuition benefit covers tuition and select applicable fees.

The Tuition Waiver benefit is available to the following employee groups. Employee and dependent eligibility varies by group.
Eligible NonRepresented employees may also pursue advanced degrees through our Manager Graduate Degree Reimbursement Program

Classes are offered in-person, online and in a hybrid format to offer flexibility and accommodate busy schedules.
APPLY FOR A WAIVER
Eligible employees can apply for a tuition waiver at WCU. Select employees and/or their dependents may also attend another PASSHE University. The tuition waiver is not available to a dependent who already holds an undergraduate degree from WCU or other university/college.

Once accepted into the University, qualified employees seeking a waiver should initiate the process. Qualified dependents seeking a tuition waiver should initiate the process (not the employee).
