2025 Spring Semester Housing
The 2025 Spring Semester Housing Application opens on Wednesday, October 16, 2024 at 10:00am (EST) for students interested in living on campus in WCU Managed Housing or USH Affiliated Housing for the Spring Semester.
The Spring Semester Housing Application is for on-campus housing for one semester, Spring Semester 2025 (January 21, 2025 through May 10, 2025).
Current students who do not currently live in WCU Managed or USH Affiliated may apply
for spring semester housing.
New first year students and new transfer students (students beginning classes Spring
Semester 2025) may apply for spring semester housing.
How to apply for Spring housing
TIMELINE
- October 16, 2024: 2025 Spring Semester Housing Application opens at 10:00am (EST)
- January 19-20, 2025: Spring Semester Housing move-in date
- January 21, 2025: First day of classes for spring semester
- May 10, 2025: Spring Semester Housing move-out date
- May 10, 2025: Last day of spring semester final exams
