Wellness Wednesdays - Presented by Lifestyle Nutrition with the Student Recreation Center - Learning Objective: To develop the important life skill of learning how to balance a healthy lifestyle through recipe development, basic cooking skills, and independence through the importance of food. September 11: Revamping your classic college foods!; September 25: Healthy Habits! Avoiding unhealthy habits during the semester.; October 9: Fall Fest - seasonal eating and recipes; October 23: Halloween 'Candy' theme!; November 6: How to prepare for a running event! (Turkey Trot inspired); November 20: Healthy for the Holidays! (Presented by NTD 320); Join us on Wednesday's at these scheduled dates at 7pm at the Student Recreation Center! Please be advised that there is limited space for each session!

If you are interested receiving any type of nutrition/health promotion presentations from our group please fill out the Programming Request form. The presentations can include a cooking demonstration, group session on preferred topics, or anything else you or your organization would like us to prepare for you!
