Lynn Klingensmith
Director for Equity and Compliance, Title IX and ADA Coordinator
Lynn serves as the Director for Equity and Compliance, as well as the Title IX and ADA Coordinator. She has over 25 years of Student Affairs experience from both public and private universities, and joined WCU in 2002. Lynn earned a BA in Juvenile Corrections, an M. Ed. in Higher Education and Administration from Kent State University, and a J.D. from Temple University.
Meg Hazel
Assistant Director, Equal Opportunity and Title IX Investigator
Meg joined WCU in May 2019 and serves as an assistant director and investigator. Prior to coming to WCU, Meg worked at the South Carolina Department of Education as Deputy General Counsel and Lead Complaint Investigator. She also taught courses at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Meg earned her B.A., M.A., and J.D. from the University of South Carolina and her third degree blackbelt from Zen Shotokai Karate Dojo School of Karate.
Stephanie (Steph) Caloiaro
Assistant Director, Equal Opportunity and Title IX Investigator
Steph joined WCU in September 2019 and serves as an assistant director and investigator. Prior to coming to WCU, she worked at various universities throughout the Mid-Atlantic, primarily in Residence Life. Steph has Bachelor’s Degrees from The Pennsylvania State University (PSU) and a Master of Science degree in Higher Education Administration from Drexel University. She is currently enrolled in law school at Seton Hall University with plans to graduate in May 2022.
Sarah Ryan
Compliance and Database Coordinator
Sarah is responsible for maintaining the confidential office database and the accuracy and detail of all records related to discrimination, harassment and sexual misconduct reports and complaints. Sarah is the first point of contact for students requesting information, support and resources related to the Sexual Misconduct policy and process. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Mansfield University and a Master of Science degree in Higher Education Policy and Student Affairs from WCU. Sarah’s prior experience includes serving as a University Hearing Officer (Student Conduct) and a 911 Operator for local municipality.
Deputy Title IX Coordinators
The Deputy Title IX Coordinators work collaboratively with the Title IX Coordinator, Lynn Klingensmith, in overseeing the University's compliance with Title IX. The Deputies are from a variety of departments across campus and can assist individuals who have questions about reporting an incident, what happens after a report is submitted, and available support and resources.

Angela Howard
Associate Vice Provost for Global Engagement
Angela Howard is the Associate Vice Provost for Global Engagement. She is the Principle Designated School Official (PDSO) and Responsible Officer (RO). Angela serves as the faculty and student contact for international student success linked activities and administrative contact for ELS Language Center and institutional compliance with immigration practices.

Kellianne Milliner
Associate Athletics Director and Senior Woman Administrator
Kellianne is in her 13th year at WCU serving as the athletic department’s Associate Athletics Director and Senior Woman Administrator. The 19-year veteran of intercollegiate athletics administration came to West Chester University from nearby Drexel University in Philadelphia where she served as the Director of Compliance from July 2001 until accepting her current position at WCU in 2007. Her role is to provide leadership in all aspects of the daily operation of the department and assist with the development and implementation of all department policies and procedures. She also serves as the Director of Equal Opportunity in Sport, assuring gender equity. She developed and coordinates the Student-Athlete Success Program and serves as a liaison to the Academic Mentoring Program. In addition, she acts as the advisor to the Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC).
