West Chester University is an ideal location for meetings, classes, conferences and summer camps. The picturesque University, with its tree-shaded walks and mix of architectural styles, occupies 388 acres in and near the borough of West Chester. This rapidly growing suburban community combines the pleasant aspects of a small town, yet it's only 25 miles west of Philadelphia where you can explore and experience the cultural activities of a major city.
We have several different types of event spaces available at the University. West Chester serves as a host for approximately 100 events per year, with most events returning annually. Opening our doors for conferences and meetings is a vital part of our University's commitment to public service.
